Our programs were developed FOR moms, BY moms who felt like they never got the proper direction, support and education about postpartum movement and fitness.
We coach and educate you on the purpose behind our methods and give you the right tools to get back to loving fitness safely and confidently.
We do this in a way that is actually fun, realistic and down to earth without breaking the bank or making you feel like you have to spend hours in the gym just to get the results you want and deserve!
who is MomStrong for?
Our programs are for moms who are at least 7 weeks postpartum and have some experience in fitness or sport prior to pregnancy.
This program is designed to reintroduce movement, exercise and different levels of sport and fitness back into the lives of moms who are feeling lost in their new postpartum body.
This journey can be confusing and down right frustrating since there is a major lack of guidance, education and support in the medical world.
Your 6 week check up is NOT all you need. You deserve more, much more.
This is where we come in. We are here to fill the gap and help women everywhere get the proper education and support they need to get back to feeling strong,
confident and happy in their postpartum body!
