Missed leads
Calls go to voicemail. Web forms sit for two days. They book someone else.
5 missed inquiries a month, 1 in 5 would have booked, $2,000 a job
The fix: instant replies, missed-call text back and a booking link.
For business owners · Websites, apps, client portals
Missed leads. Admin that eats your week. Customers waiting on you, and invoices waiting on them. I set up the system that fixes it, and I do it for you.

Example · one front desk
Where the money goes
You know these. Here's what they cost a typical small business in a year.
Calls go to voicemail. Web forms sit for two days. They book someone else.
5 missed inquiries a month, 1 in 5 would have booked, $2,000 a job
The fix: instant replies, missed-call text back and a booking link.
Forms typed twice. Reminders sent one at a time. Your best person stuck doing data entry.
15 hours a week at $25 an hour
The fix: one intake link, e-signed forms and reminders that send themselves.
Customers can't see what's happening, so they call. Then they call again.
40 calls a week, 5 minutes each, at $25 an hour
The fix: a portal where they check status, sign and upload on their own.
Invoices made by hand. Deposits chased by text. Your cash sitting in someone else's account.
4 hours a week chasing payments at $25 an hour
The fix: invoices and payment links that follow up on their own.
Add them up: over $50,000 a year, gone without anyone noticing. Example numbers. Yours are below.
Your numbers
Move the numbers to match your business. Rough is fine.
Every year, you're losing about
$43,500
If a system takes back half those hours and catches half those leads, you keep about $21,750 a year.
A $12,000 setup would pay for itself in about 7 months.

Hey, I'm Ashley
Business owner since 2013. Two businesses, staff, members, rentals, and every booking flow, portal and tracker we needed, I made myself.
No business degree. No plan B. I taught myself marketing, hiring, contracts and tech, mostly by getting it wrong first. You don't have to.
We can do hard things. This doesn't have to be one of them.
Free 30-minute call
We go through your week, work out your hours and dollars, and you leave with a plan. Hire me or don't. You still keep the plan.
The other half of what I do
Before I made websites, I coached. I still do. Strength for women at every stage, and healthy habits for the whole family.

Work
Real screens from websites and apps I've made, and a demo of what a clinic portal looks like. Each one with what it actually changes for the business.

How it works
We go through your week and work out your hours and dollars.

You see progress as I go and give feedback along the way.
We go live together, and I stick around after.
Most businesses need a great website first. If you're drowning in forms, emails and reminders, that's when an app or portal pays for itself. Grab the free worksheet below, or ask me on a call.
Every project is quoted up front after a free call. Clear scope, clear price, no surprise invoices.

Lift More Age Less · opens February 15, 2027
Workouts, nutrition, hormones, your cycle, practitioner data and real coaching from me. One place, all talking to each other. Testers start in November. The waitlist gets in first.

Your phone right now
All in one
Everything talks to everything. A stressful week changes today's workout. Your cycle changes this week's plan.
Strength-first programs with cues on every lift and your last weight always showing. You can't tone a bone.
Meal plans built on your macros. Tap to swap any meal and it re-matches. Girls gotta eat.
Peri, meno, HRT or postpartum. Log your symptoms and your training adjusts with you.
Know when to push heavy and when to pull back. No guessing.
Print or email a 30 to 120 day symptom report for your doctor. Find top-rated clinicians near you.
Weekly check-ins, monthly live calls and Ageless AI trained on how I coach. Anything that needs me comes to me.

The road to launch
A small crew puts it through its paces. You get the first screens.
Workouts, meal swaps and the hormone tracker, revealed one at a time.
The full tour, the trailer and founding member pricing. Waitlist sees it first.
Waitlist gets in first, with founding member perks.
Perfect. That's who I made it for. Every program starts where you are, with clear cues and a how-to on every movement, and builds from there. Everyone starts somewhere.
Not even close. Strength matters more every year, for your bones, your balance and staying independent. You can't tone a bone, beauty. We start light and build.
You won't. Building big muscle takes years of trying really hard to do exactly that. What you'll get is stronger, firmer and more capable.
That works. Tell the app exactly what equipment and weights you have and it programs around them. Bands, a couple of dumbbells, a full gym, whatever you've got.
You can swap any movement for one that feels good, and the app works around what you tell it. Get the green light from your doctor or physio first, and use the practitioner finder if you need someone to see.
So common, and not something you just have to live with. There are pelvic floor and core programs in the library, and I'll always tell you to see a pelvic floor physio.
That's exactly what it's for. Log your symptoms, your cycle or your HRT and your training adjusts. Hot flashes, bad sleep, no energy? The app knows, and so do I.
There are pregnancy and postpartum programs from a certified pre and postnatal coach, plus the Tired Sweaty Moms Pass if that's all you need right now. Always clear exercise with your care provider first.
You pick how many days a week you train and when. Most sessions run 30 to 60 minutes, and there's an express option for the days life happens.
Tell it. Vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, dairy-free, gluten-free or nut-free, plus any foods you just don't eat. Your meal plan works around you.
Yes. Use it for your food, cycle and hormone tracking, log your classes, and swap in your own workouts any time.
It's made for women's bodies and hormones. That's the whole point. Cycles, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and beyond.
Yes, cancel anytime from your account. No contracts. Prices are in Canadian dollars and you can join from anywhere.
Pricing is announced before launch. The waitlist hears first and gets founding member perks.

Strong women are more fun. Ask my husband.
I'm a mom, a business owner and an athlete. All at once. Usually before 9 a.m. The world loves to tell women to pick one lane. I never did, and I don't think you should either.

The business side
I'm not an agency and I'm not a developer who's never answered a customer email. I'm an owner who builds. Everything I make for you, I've needed for myself first.
What I've actually run
What that means for you
Plain answers, a clear price and no jargon. If something isn't worth your money, I'll tell you.
Inquiries, forms, bookings, reminders, the same question forty times. That's what I fix first.
My own members and coaches use what I make, every day, before you ever see it.
Ontario-based. We launch together, and you can reach me after. No ticket queue.
My story
No business degree. No plan B. I taught myself marketing, hiring, contracts and everything in between, mostly by getting it wrong first. Fit Collective Studio is going on 14 years now.
CrossFit Regionals. Training twice a day while running a business. I was the fittest I'd ever been, and I still didn't like what I saw in the mirror. Body dysmorphia doesn't care how many medals you have.
Jack was 2. I was still learning how to be a mom to a toddler when I lost Finn. Postpartum depression came with it. Some days getting out of bed was the big win of the day. But I kept our doors open. I kept showing up, at work and as a mom, because that's what being strong looked like in that season.
Then came my daughter Livy, to make me a mom of two littles earthside. Still learning to be a mom. Still running on fumes, with sleepless nights and completely wild hormones. Running a business that still needed me a week postpartum. It was hard. But it didn't break me.
Not to get my old body back. To build a new one. I fell hard for Olympic weightlifting and won Canadian championships, then a masters world title, with little kids at home and a gym to run.
I picked up a camera in 2020 and fell in love with photography. I opened The Yard Social Club in 2024. I started making apps and websites. Because apparently I don't know how to do just one thing.
And I don't want to do just one thing. This life isn't long. Why not have your passions and your hobbies, and dive into the things that bring you joy more often, no matter what that looks like to other people?
Perimenopause, injuries and a body that keeps changing the rules. I train smarter, I eat to fuel and I'm stronger at 40 than I was at 20. It's chaos most days. I still feel healthy and strong in the middle of it, and you can too.
Everything I coach and everything I make comes from living this. You can be a mom, run the show, chase big goals and still feel good in your own body. You don't have to choose. Let's go.
Said with love. Every time.
