I'm a health and fitness coach, creator, writer and encourager of not giving a f*ck ABOUT

what people think about you.

Lover of photography, wine and

Sexy saxophone music.

Fitness and sport has been a pillar of my existence.

This was the driving factor to what I was meant to do in life.

I grew up with the drive to compete since a young age. I was no stranger to hard work, determination and pushing myself to the limit.

I went to school to be a police officer, but am thankful that's not where I ended up.

Teaching spin classes and bootcamps along with

online nutrition coaching were major

stepping stones earlier in my path.

I knew I wanted to do something to help people with what I loved doing. I rented space from another gym and he let me teach my bootcamp classes and do personal training, in exchange for teaching 5am spin classes. It was a perfect trade and I was lucky to have the opportunity to learn, connect with others and build my experience in different ways.

I hated being told what to do.

I knew I had a vision. I had a bigger purpose and it did not include me working for someone else.

I wanted to do what I wanted, the way I wanted. So that's what I did.

I opened Fit Collective in 2013 and it's been a life changing adventure since day 1.

Owning Fit Collective, is hands down - the tits.

Located in St. Catharines, Ontario this little slice of heaven is where I am privileged to coach amazing people on getting into the best shape of their life and have a friggin' blast doing it. Not only that, but I can easily say I have THE BEST TEAM with me on this ride. Supportive, smart, genuine and fun people - I love my team and this ship doesn't run without them.

Honestly, being given the opportunity to use my expertise, education and experience to influence and shape the lives of others is a dream come true.

My love for creating took a new turn in 2020.

COVID 19 put me into a position of learning how to pivot my business into something new in order to stay afloat.

I decided to dive deeper into marketing, video and course creation for online platforms and more importantly; photography.

Realizing how much I love to create beautiful things and engage with people through these creations, bringing out their happiness was a new avenue that I fell in love with.

Completing more courses, hiring a business coach and mentors to help me learn about these crafts was crucial in 2020.

But it won't stop there - I look forward to continuing to be a student of these areas, as they are forever changing and exciting to me.

I absolutely love what I do. I love the life my businesses allow me to have and the freedom it has created for myself and my family.
