Excellent choice for anyone new to fitness or new to fitness since having a baby.

We recommend going through our Level 1 program twice. Through these 12 sessions, you are trying to build a routine of 2 sessions per week for the first 6 weeks, and bumping to 3 per week for the second 6 week repeat.

Excellent choice for anyone with a background and awareness in fitness and with some recent participation in a fitness program since having a child.

Level 3 is recommended for those who have been part of our program, or another

postpartum fitness program for at least 3-4 months. Using our Level 1 & 2 programs as building blocks,

our Level 3 is more advanced with an increase in intensity and load requiring optimal breathing strategies and core and pelvic floor awareness.

Our Level 4 option is for those who have participated in Level 1-3 of our programming 

and are feeling ready, capable and confident in their abilities and their postpartum

body and its function (inside).

This level is right for you if you are confident in your breathing strategies, have no symptoms of

dysfunction and are comfortable taking the load and intensity of your workouts up a notch or two!

Our Core Rehab program is perfect for women who are currently pregnant or in their fourth trimester, 

or who have a diastasis related injury. 

The videos in our Core Rehab program are thoughtfully laid out to teach the in depth breathing strategies, 

core and pelvic floor connection and their imperative importance to regaining proper control,

function and strength of our pelvic floor and core - that are completely transferrable to any movement.

We highly recommend watching and practicing these videos for a couple weeks prior to getting into our Core Fix Program. 

These videos offer movement pattern changes that will last a lifetime.

These are quick 20 minute core blasts, safe for postpartum moms who have been cleared by their

doctor to get back into fitness. However, if you have any concerns about your core function

or if you have a diastasis recti injury, it is best to book a free consultation with one of our coaches

to review any current symptoms, dysfunction and your postpartum abilities.

Level 1 program for at least 6 weeks before jumping into our Quick Fix workouts.
